One key benefit that sets us apart from other venues is that we offer a 10% commission on both room fees and food & beverage services. 

An average invoice for a two-day meeting at Norris Conference Centers is $ 5,500. Of course commission on this would be an additional $500 – on top of any overnight accommodation commission being paid. Although NCC does do not offer on-site overnight accommodations, we work closely with hotel properties either on-site or within a quarter mile radius of all our venues.

To provide you a tad more history on us, we started our business in Austin, Texas, in March 1990, in a small two-room facility. Since then, we have grown tremendously to encompass locations throughout Central Texas in Austin, Houston (two venues), San Antonio and Fort Worth. In addition, we are excited that our sixth property is projected to open in Clear Lake in early 2011. Each of our properties boasts not only modern meeting rooms and the latest amenities, but also incorporates an elegant Red Oak Ballroom for social events.

Annually, we host over 5,400 meetings, hundreds of social events and a handful of trade shows, for a variety of different organizations in numerous industries such as:
