Ray Arias, Executive Chef Norris Centers San Antonio

Norris Centers is delighted to announce a new addition to our Norris Centers San Antonio facility – Executive Chef Ray Arias.

Chef Ray Arias joined our team in 2023 as the Executive Chef. He graduated From Le Cordon Bleu, in the top five percent of his class, in 2006. He brings 20 years as a Culinary Professional to the team. Chef Ray spent the majority of his culinary career in New England as the Banquet Chef for The Castle of Knights. There he honed his skills in a high volume, fine dining cuisine atmosphere. Then he was offered the role of Kitchen Manager at Summit View Meeting and Banquet House, which offered a new challenge of executing fine dining banquets and government culinary contracts. The last two years of his time in New England was spent as the Corporate Executive Chef at Chez Hospitality Group. There he managed three restaurants in Cape Cod, developed menus, and oversaw food trucks and fine dining events all over Western Massachusetts. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his son and volunteering with his father at church.
