On behalf of my family, I just wanted to take a moment to thank you and the staff at Red Oak Ballroom for a truly spectacular event as we celebrated my mother’s 70th Birthday on this past Saturday night. From start to finish everything was top notch. I received so many compliments from my family and friends on the beautiful and elegant ballroom set up, the delicious food as well as the courteous and professional service we received. From the signing of our contract until we exited the building at the end of the event, everything was simply AWESOME. I would also like to give a special commendation and thanks to Armando who was fantastic as he anticipated and responded to my every need and during the evening. In fact, every staff member that I came in contact with (Deborah, Jared, Chris and Chase) was wonderful, so please extend my thanks to each of them. It was a pleasure doing business with the team at the Red Oak Ballroom and I certainly hope to do so again in the future.

Thanks so much for the good setup yesterday and the help of able Juan.We missed seeing you, but he handled everything very well.

The meal was outstanding! The tilapia was restaurant good, tender and moist, the rice pilaf very palatable, and the salad was amazing. The fresh assortment of crispy greens and usual good dressings made for a very nice presentation.I have been receiving compliments on the food!! The desserts were likewise scrumptious. The cold wet strawberry cake was to die for!

I wanted you to know how much your hands on attention to detail has made the rush rush of getting a meeting going smooth for us.

And we LOVED the pretty tablecloths. Your staff is really good.

Everything was set perfect upon arrival; classroom seating, double screen, perfect reg area complete with all boxes. The beverage tables were monitored and replenished as needed. The Red Oak Ballroom is ideal for social gatherings of groups from 150 to 300. Designed with social events in mind and features warm, comfortable surroundings for those special celebrations.
