His return marks an exciting new chapter for the organization as we continue to evolve and strengthen our position in the meetings and events industry.
Gerald brings with him deep institutional knowledge, proven leadership, and a long-standing commitment to the Norris brand, its clients, and its people. His vision and experience will be instrumental as we build on our legacy of exceptional service and look toward future growth.
