All of the Norris Centers are ready to host your events. Texas Governor Greg Abbott has now officially released approval for hosting indoor meetings with a 50% capacity limit, and we are excited that groups have already started to host events at our facilities.
Health and Safety First
Below is a short list that represents some of the actions Norris is taking to ensure the safety of our guests and staff, while on property:
- Guests are required (if mandated by local authorities) or strongly encouraged to have and use a face mask.
- Guests will have their temperature read by Laser Thermometer:
- Temps less than 100° will gain entry.
- Temps greater than 100° will be asked to leave for their safety and that of others.
- We are asking guests to practice Social Distancing at all times.
- Hygiene stations are available at convenient locations throughout our facilities
- A dedicated staff member will be patrolling the venue and cleaning surfaces while the facility is occupied.

New Options to Make Going Offsite Easier
In addition to our regular list of services, Norris is now offering a selection of Virtual Meeting packages. They are designed to support a variety of needs and events, such as:
- Webcasting – Presenters can share their screen. Audio is two-way with Participants.
- Virtual Training Meetings – Presenter is on camera and shares screen. Participants are on their computer video and audio.
- Virtual Seminar – Up to 8 Presenters on camera, sharing screens and audio.
- Multi-Room Conference – Same as Virtual Seminar, but adds additional rooms for Participants and Attendees.

Your Space Not Large Enough for Social Distancing?
As you know, all of our facilities are designed for maximum flexibility in terms of room sizes, and the types of events we can handle. So, if you simply need to get off site, give us a call.
